restorative yoga is focusing on stretching connective tissue in your body so by holding some yoga poses for a longer period of time and deep breathing to release tension physically mentally and emotionally so we usually use Pops to help with longer and deeper relaxation so just easily grab a pillow or a blanket but without further Ado let's wind down together now come to tabletop inhale slowly arch your back bellies down gaze up exhale curl your back is like something lifting you up [Music] repeat on each inhale and exhale matching your movement into your own breath [Music] foreign [Music] foreign [Music] tabletop open up your body to the right side then go under to your left arm gently place your head on the floor and just relax in this moment [Music] drop everything in your head right now and just relax in the next 15 minutes [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] now slide your left hand in front of you and support yourself back up we're going to do on the other side close your eyes allow yourself to relax to heal to drop everything in your mind [Music] [Music] oh [Music] [Laughter] [Music] now again slowly slide your right hip in front of you and support yourself back up simply push back and extend your arm place your head firmly on the ground foreign [Music] this is the moment for you to relax to heal to be present and to be grateful foreign [Music] [Music] now slowly come up grab a pillow or blankets place it right under your lower back [Music] slowly lie down on your back without moving your legs extend your arms giving your body to the Earth [Music] drop everything in your head drop every weight in your body stop thinking about the future stop thinking about the past you are in this moment to relax [Music] [Music] foreign now gently come down remove your pillow or your blanket use your hand grabbing both feet open up your legs and gently Rock side to side foreign [Music] [Music] if you like you can stay still in this position relax your body close your eyes and keep your breath steady thank you [Music] [Laughter] now put your left leg down and use your right hand grabbing your right toes if you can't reach your toes grab your thighs [Music] [Laughter] [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] now bend your right leg and hugging your knees towards your body [Music] [Music] close your eyes keep your breath steady slowly inhale and exhale [Music] [Laughter] foreign [Music] now gently put your right leg down and grabbing your left thighs try to pull your thighs as close as you can [Music] thank you [Music] foreign [Music] now bend your left leg hugging your knees towards your body [Music] [Music] thank you [Music] foreign now simply grab a pillow and place it right under your back again [Music] meeting both feets together open up your body open up your legs allow your body to drop on the ground [Music] foreign [Music] any Force any energy in your body giving your body to the Earth allowed yourself to relax and free your mind in this present moment [Music] now turn your body to the left and grabbing your pillow place it right under your right leg foreign yourself to drop on the ground [Music] close your eyes and relax just like we are sleeping [Music] [Music] please [Music] now gently turn your body to the right side place your pillow under your left leg close your eyes and relax [Music] foreign [Music] [Music] thank you so much for watching now go face the world with love curiosity and kindness foreign [Music]
