one so today we'll be doing seven different postes and in between each post we're going to do a little run just like the usual okay so are you guys ready to burn some fats without further Ado let's get on to the video okay so for the first one let's warm up our body with a little walk lift up your heels we're going to power walk for 50 [Music] seconds no gravity where you're with me that years kidding I can hear my heart pumping okay just a quick reminder if you want to get to your dream body shape to slim Dam your body you need to do cardio plus some strength training if you have some more body fats you will need to do calorie deficit as well so that you will burn fats gain muscle and have a higher metabolism okay so I hope you guys enjoy this cardio and I will see you guys in the next
