high-intensity poses and every five pose we're going to do a little run so that this one brings your heart rate up and down it will make the process so much easier and so much faster I would say this cardio workout is better than the gym okay so without further Ado let's get on to the video okay let's warm up our body with the little run you can lift your toes off the floor or you can keep them on
