3 Minutes Intense Abs Workout

– Are you ready for this three minute, intense ab workout? I hope you are because it is going to burn. (upbeat music) Okay guys, so for this three minute intense abs workout, we're gonna be doing 20 seconds per exercise. So the first move that you're going into is jumping jacks. (upbeat music) That's it, guys, so keep that navel sucked in. I want you in a plank position, a high plank position, and just jump those feet in and out as quick as you can. Make sure to keep that core engaged, navel sucked in. (upbeat music) Excellent, jump, guys, straight into Spiderman crunches. Bring that knee as close to the elbow as you can. Again, stay in that high plank position. Navel sucked in, keep that core engaged, guys. This is gonna really help to target those obliques. (upbeat music) Fantastic work, guys, just stay in a high plank position here. I want your whole body nice and straight. If for any reason you're struggling and need to modify, you can come down to your knees. (upbeat music) Great job, guys, back to those Spiderman crunches. Bring those knees up. Come on, you've done this before. Get them as high as you can and think about squeezing the side of your abs. (upbeat music) Great work, guys, I want you to come down and do simple oblique crunches here. Make sure to exhale every single time that you're coming up and down. That's it, guys, up and down. (upbeat music) Really squeeze those ab muscles. Think about that mind, muscle connection. Switch sides, guys, up and down, keep going. (upbeat music) Great work, guys. Now we're gonna go into butterfly crunches, single leg crunch, so I want your legs open, bring that leg up and down, up and down, that's it, guys. Switch legs, same movement, up and down, up and down. Great work, guys, now we're just gonna into some star crunches. So I want you to be in a starlike position and try and get that hand to touch either your ankle or by your hamstrings. That's it, up and down, that's it, up and down. (upbeat music) For the final move guys, some hoover legs. So all I want you to do is keep those legs up and open and close those feet, toes pointed. That's it, guys, you've not got long, keep that core engaged, suck the navel in, breathe out. A few more seconds left, you can do it. Excellent job guys!
