Day 18: Pilates: Legs And Butt (Home Workout Challenge)
hey guys welcome to day 18 of the 30 day challenge today we are doing a Pilates workout series focusing just on the legs and the bum now this is going to be all exercises on the floor sip please make sure that you have something underneath to protect your knees and your hands okay guys so we're going to be starting on all fours and we're going to work on one leg first on one side so the first move all you're going to do is have your toe pointed outwards slight angle and just lift it up nice and straight so maybe doing 20 of these in total make sure you're lifting that leg as high as possible [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] actually what guys for the next move what you're going to do is you're gonna keep behind you kick a bulb and then you're gonna crunch in towards your elbow so there's a lot going on with this move so you're gonna keep behind our elbow out so you're just gonna keep repeating that movement really gonna put this in your glutes when bucks 20 of these so up crunch in back up [Applause] [Music] hey guys for the final move you're gonna cross your legs over and all you're gonna do is do a donkey kick straight up behind you so you want to make sure that you're crossing those legs and then you're coming up and make sure to keep that foot flexed make sure when you're lifting that leg up behind you don't kick you're really lifting that leg as high as possible and make sure you're squeezing [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Music] [Applause] amazing work guys stretch it out quickly and we're going to be repeating that rule on the other block now first move is legs straight back and you just gonna keep it up but remember to get that foot at a slight angle so Trinity [Music] [Applause] [Music] they keep breathing make sure you're looking at like as high as possible [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] next lose now guys so remember you're gonna kick it behind up crunch in back up crunch is keep repeating that movement guys 20 of these in total make sure you don't drop that leg we really want to burn out that glute [Music] make sure you're breathing guides don't hold up breath keep it back up crunch fabulous [Music] [Laughter] amazing work guys final move cross those legs and bring it up into a donkey kicks remember you want to keep that foot flexed you want to make sure you've got that 90 degree angle in your legs cross it behind and this is as high as possible make sure you're breathing mix it up [Music] great work guys stretch out quickly before we go on to the next sections so I want you to come down to your side and then you're gonna keep your legs out to the side both straight to hose pointed keep going with that flow guys 20 of these in total make sure that you're exhaling on that leg crunch and really make sure you're making both of those legs [Music] [Laughter] [Music] [Music] my friend [Music] next we invited is gonna post that bottom leg keep those feet flexed to make sure this back leg is still on its full size [Music] guys bring it as high as possible [Music] make sure you're breathing [Music] next week guys remember we're gonna have that leg come in and out so we're gonna pump it remember the back leg is going to be up on its hill [Music] [Music] and now we're just gonna post that leg up 20 days [Music] one wrong move left to help guys it said what you're gonna do is you're gonna face me with one leg you're gonna lunge forward and then you're gonna bring my hat to the side of your body and you're gonna keep your leg up to the side nice and straight so just instead of these [Music] [Music] [Applause] [Music] excellent job now to the next slide lunge forward side [Music] half by five [Music] [Music] ten and remember guys hold it here and post up 910 fabulous work guys that is the end of the Pilates legs and butt so guys that's the end of day 18 I hope you really did enjoy this workout today if you did then don't forget to hit that subscribe button and also like this video now I want to know where everyone is from please comment below what country you are watching the challenge from so I can read them in the description box now also I want to know guys let me know what your favorite exercise was a during this workout routine I look forward to reading all of your comments and I look forward to day 19 with you tomorrow [Music]
