Weight Loss at Home Easy


Good morning guys my name is Amy and welcome back to my channel as promised today I will be filming what I eat in one day and I will bring you guys with me for a workout so today is actually the one week mark which is seven days after I started working with my one month project back If you don't know what you can watch here, long story short I've gained over the holidays over ten pounds so I'm going to eat healthier and train harder so I can get back on track on a healthy lifestyle and just get fit and ready for the ten days like I was. in the summer vacation . Let's go make breakfast. I love warm water in the morning. I don't drink any coffee or tea they are so this morning I'm going to eat oatmeal as part of my breakfast and this is the brand I use it's very convenient because it comes in sachets and then I'm going to add rice milk ok guys breakfast is ready this is oatmeal with banana, chia seeds and a little bit of syrup Maple on top This is sweet potatoes and cherry tomatoes with a little salt and pepper I've been taking pictures of every meal I've been eating throughout this week and I'll be sharing them on my Instagram story and Instagram If you're new to my channel and interested in seeing what I've eaten over the past seven days I'll link Post in the description box below. I love sweet potatoes with just salt and pepper. It's very simple and very healthy. I don't do any extreme diets with a lot of restrictions. I don't count any calories I don't count macros carbs and proteins so I do simple healthy eating I eat healthier and more responsibly in moderate amount and don't go crazy on fast food like how I used to during my holiday period but I still have one cheat day Meals for the week which is on Saturday so I can continue to enjoy all the delicious and maybe not that healthy food that I love like I said before my goal is to live a healthy and sustainable lifestyle and I learned the hard way that extreme restrictions and counting that kind of doesn't work for me Let me have the eating disorder bulimia for 2 years now that I'm recovered I work on eating to stay healthy, but at the same time I also allow myself to just enjoy food and live my life. Now I will have lunch packed to eat at the office later almost every day I bring my own lunch except on some Fridays or like special occasions only then I will go eat out, but it's very easy to eat healthy when I prepare my own meals I always bring A bottle of water with me wherever I go. It's very important to stay hydrated put because you are *Chinese* Always have a glass of water to stay hydrated after 2 hours guys ok it's lunch time now I'm going to do my lunch workout if you see my instagram story. You know that I like to work out during lunch time for me like putting in some time and no one after work if you're like being tired when I get home editing videos and watching some TV it's also good to get out of the office a little bit and have a good sweat, this makes me I feel much better. Later okay, I'm done with the workout and now enjoy the shower and back to the office for lunch smoothies my room for today, it's the same as my dinner last night this is our dinner for tonight, this is green tea soba noodles here are all the toppings cucumber cucumber yellow pepper carrots carrots Dried Shrimp Seaweed Eggs Fish Chicken Dry More Eggs, This Is Smell Fish With Mushrooms And More Veggies The fact that I take a photo of my every single meal to share with you guys on Instagram actually holds me accountable to staying healthy and not eating any cheap stuff during the week So thank you so many of you say my diet always seems to be low on nutrition but don't be fooled by those boxes. They're actually pretty deep and once you put them in the bowl you'll see that's actually a lot of food Look that's quite a lot isn't it ya? I am very hungry. I can't wait to eat so I'm thinking oh my gosh, I'll put Primate asking you, but oh Amy, what do you know? 801 m so I just came back from work and now I will upload my video after a week on YouTube because it is Wednesday and Wednesday every Wednesday I upload a new video and today 15 minutes do a full body jump even if you haven't done it with me yet. It's here one of the corners all right in all the posts and now I'm just going to go take a shower and then I'm going to show you what we're having for dinner tonight Look at all the delicious food my dad made for us for dinner This is vegetables with egg whites and the egg yolks are used for fried egg scrambles all this food Shared by us a family of three all right in the habit I took a full spoon so this is my dinner of the night I used to have the same plate every single night so if when guys ask me how do I eat my food, I don't really count my food but?
