arms especially the top part of your arms so that it can tighten up your whole arms muscles again results guaranteed you have my word no equipment needed you can easily do it on your SAA so without further Ado let's get on to the video okay so for the first one Lift Your Hands Up up to the front then to the side lift up to the front to the side and we'll repeat for 50 [Music] seconds come on move faster this is also a very good way to warm up our arms [Music] wo easy now touch your palms together and drop your hands behind and extend don't move your upper arms only Bend from your elbows 50 seconds you ready let's go imagine you're pouring something very heavy from behind up to the sky and remember only Bend from your elbows keep your upper arms [Music] still okay now arms next to your body slightly bend your elbows and draw a circles with your hands if imagine you're holding a ball in your hands so don't drop it turn your palms up fully facing the [Music] sky come on keep the
