10 Yoga Poses You Should Do Everyday | Easy Full Body Yoga For Beginners
guys it was good sitting down talking to you guys so a lot of you guys want to get into yoga but you don't know how and you don't know where to start this video is made for you so today we'll be doing 10 easy poses together these poses are super beneficial for your spine your joints and different muscle groups so basically your whole body without further Ado let's do some yoga together okay so for the first one tilt your legs out to the side then squat down try to place your heels a little bit forward and use your elbows to push back your knees so that you can feel the stretch in your inner thighs and we stay here for four deep breathings [Music] thank you [Music] okay now slowly extend your legs and come up standing [Music] for the second one we're going to do some standard forward fold inhale lift up to the sky exhale slowly come down with a strict spine placing your hands next to your feet if you can't grab your feet place it right on your shin then slowly inhale again come up with a straight spine exhale hands in front of the heart great now let's do it together for four times [Music] remember to keep your back straight while you come down and if you can't reach to your feet it's completely okay place it on your shin as long as you can feel the stretch in the back of your leg you are doing great thank you [Music] [Music] okay this time we come down we hold here for four breathings [Music] foreign [Music] standing at the top of your mats tilt your right leg to the back then turn yourself to the front make sure that your left feet is facing forward and the right feet is facing to the right and make sure that your left heel is parallel to your right heel extend your arms at your shoulders level exhale lean forward then come down try to move your hips a little bit forward so that your bodies are in a straight line [Music] then inhale come back to standing again if you can't place your hands on the floor definitely put it on your shin now we do it together for four times [Music] foreign [Music] we hold here for four three things inhale slowly come up and then we're going to do on the other leg remember one feet to the left and one fit to the front four times together let's go [Music] exhale inhale exhale and we stay here for four breathings foreign inhale come up standing putting your feet together and take a breath for the next pose we're just gonna do some easy downward facing dog inhale lift up exhale slowly come down then placing both of your legs to the back if you can place your heels on the ground completely fine as long as you can feel the stretch in the back of your legs you are doing it correct so we're gonna hold here for four breathings [Music] foreign [Music] okay so for the next one it's a bit challenging keep supporting yourself with your hands then come down halfway strengthen all the muscles in your body especially your thighs and we hold here for four breathings [Music] foreign [Music] make sure that your shutters are parallel to your hands and Tuck both of your elbows next to your body inhale lift up your head and your chest exhale slowly come down you got it now let's do it together for four times foreign [Music] [Music] again this time we stay here for four three things [Music] okay now slowly come down to the mat and take a few breaths foreign is super easy put yourself back in the child pose placing your head on the floor and just rest close your eyes and giving your body to the ground keep your breath steady and just enjoy this moment of silence okay slowly inhale and sit back up take a few breath there we're going to do some bridge pose okay now gently lie on the ground [Music] [Applause] use your fingertips to touch your heels then inhale expand your stomach and lift up your hips exhale we slowly come down let's do it four times [Music] okay the last time we stay here for four breathings foreign yes then exhale slowly come down to the ground take a few breaths we're going to do a fish pose sliding both of your hands right under your hips and extend your legs then inhale point the toes lift up your upper body strengthen your legs muscle sitting on your hands then exhale slowly slide your head back down okay four times [Music] and the last one will stay here for four breaths [Music] then exhale slowly slide your head down and we are finished if you like you can sit back up and do some seated forward fold in this beautiful yoga routine but anyway you guys did amazing job there thank you guys so much for watching and I hope you guys enjoyed this video yoga is never just a stretch it is not only about flexibility so me yoga is about balance it is about having that peaceful moment telling me that I am worthy enough and I know this is a good stuff so I want to share with you guys so I hope you guys enjoy this video and I will see you guys in the next one bye [Music]
