hey guys and welcome back to my youtube channel so today we are filming an ab workout now sadly as i am 30 weeks pregnant i won't be able to get on the floor and do the abs with you but what we are going to be doing is having the lovely ellie here do the entire workout and i'm going to be there with her during the entire time just showing you how to contract and get the most out of all of those ab exercises that you are going to be doing so without further ado let's click play and let's get started [Music] exercise so for this move what ellie's making sure that she's doing is she's getting that elbow as close to the knee as possible she's contracting the abs she's exhaling as she's bringing her elbows to the knees and her shoulder blades are off of the floor so just keep going now you're doing fantastic keep those abs contracted make sure you guys are breathing on each of those movements [Music] the next move ends coming into a crab position and what she's going to do is she's going to bring those knees up and down to come up and then bring one knee in down automate so for this move guys this is going to be working on the lower abs predominantly but it's also targeting the upper it's also really and hear your balance so again make sure you're exhaling as those feet come towards the chest that's it keep going [Music] let's go that's it so again guys make sure when you are doing this you are lifting those shoulder blades off of the floor you want to get those elbows as close to the knee as possible fabulous work guys [Music] keep going now [Music] a complete normal side plank and all she's going to do is she's going to bring that knee towards the elbows come up and then bring that that's it fantastic so this is really working on your core inner strength and it's going to be targeting those obliques here so again eddie's making sure she's exhaling and she's bringing that elbow towards the knee she's inhaling as it goes out again keep everything contracted in you want to imagine that you're sucking that belly button into the spine supervisor's gonna alternate between each one switch the other side that's it great so with this one guys what you're doing is when you are contracting out you're working on your balance that's going to help to target the obliques once again that's it keep going so you want to exhale inhale exhale inhale again you want to keep that core contracted under here guys the entire time you want to begin suck that navel in towards the spine exhale keep going and now we're going to do a plank on the other side so let's switch over from what you did before that's it down come up and then bring that knee to elbow fantastic same thing here guys thank you so bring that knee as close as you can to that elbow keep that core contracted in work and focus on that mind connection with the obliques fantastic keep going all right come back down and we're going to go into those spikes spiderman superman again [Music] that's it fantastic so keep breathing through these exercises that's the most important part here guys is making sure you're inhaling and exhaling when you hold into your breath you end up not contracting that core as best as you can excellent now go back into your back l and we're going to be going back into those bicycles so crosstalk if you know the moves here guys keep pushing through ellie's picking up the intensity here [Music] [Music] between the leg raises excellent so with this move guys what you want to do is you want to keep up as high as you can because it's working on the glutes working on stability that's it i can really see ellie's core there working in the center which is fantastic it's what you want that's make sure you're engaging [Music] keep breathing [Music] [Music] you got this that's it guys remember make sure those shoulder blades are coming off of the floor get that elbow as close to the knee as possible keep the core contracted i know it seems like what's going on but it's not side planes l bring that knee to elbow come up and bring it in and out excellent working on the obliques guys remember when we're doing an ab workout we're targeting every single area excellent now this challenge is good because it targets both sets of obliques when you're lifting yourself up it's targeting here and then when eddie's bringing that knee towards her elbow it's really targeting the abs here we're doing great three seconds down into the superman that's it alternate and suck that core excellent now the good thing here that ellie's doing she's making sure that she's really keeping a neutral back she sucked her core in when she started that's the key here guys you don't want an arch in the back you want it neutral keep that core sucked in here fabulous keep going five seconds guys okay let's go onto the plank on the other side that's it you've got this she's sweating out there that's it bring the knee to elbow that's it you can really see her core going for it here i can see everything she's keeping it nice and tight man i missed her in my abs that's it keep going exit back into the superman's elf it one two excellent this is her final exercise guys that's
