hi guys welcome back to another arms workout so for the previous two arms workout I would say it's pretty easy this one is intense so for this workout we target the lower part of your arms and the top part of your arms so that it can tighten up your whole arms muscle to slim down your arms I guaranteed if you do this workout plus the previous arms workout you would definitely slim down your arms 101 no 200 you will definitely slim down your arms okay so without further Ado let's do some workout together let's start with some warm up draw a big circles with your right arm we've done this before 50 seconds let's go [Music] through your head place your left hand on your right shoulder so that it can remind you to push your shoulders down and make sure you draw the circles back enough so that you can feel the muscles from the back and your arms are engaging [Music] cause you're uneducated [Music] yes now rest for a few seconds you know the drill will have to balance on the left side plank post and exhale Cross Your Toes lift up your hips inhale lower your body back to the plank don't move your arms only lift up your hips and squeeze your abdominal when you reach to the top give catch your breath for a few seconds we're going to do some push-ups okay now place your knees on the ground we do one push-up here then lift up your arms up in the sky back to a push-up then we lift up another arm you ready let's go [Music] without just like a poison in me all that I'm about you don't have to be fast as long as you're doing every steps correctly you are doing amazing baby [Music] now turn your body around and support yourself with your hands at the back lift up your body into a tabletop then move your hips up and down and remember we never drop our hips on the ground for the entire exercise [Music] every time you extend your legs and scoop to the back squeeze your abdominal muscle this is also a very good pose to train your abs and squeeze your arms muscles hard so that
