5 min BARRE ARMS WORKOUT to the Beat ♫ | Toned Arms | Light Dumbbells

what's up everyone we're about to do a five-minute bar arms workout to the beat of the music it's gonna be tons of fun we'll work into our shoulders and our arm muscles today all you need is a light set of dumbbells i have three pound weights with me but anything from two pounds to five pounds will also work we'll have 10 moves for 30 seconds each with no breaks so grab your dumbbells and let's get toning all right let's get started dumbbells in hand reach those arms forward palms facing down we have pull and reach exhale inhale here we go [Music] good pulling up tall slight bend through those knees here [Music] three two one arms bend to the side stand and bend good keep those elbows lifted [Music] two one good rotate up rotate down exhale inhale good [Music] feel that burn [Music] good breathe through it three two one good narrow lunge lean forward palms face down pulses up and up good slight bend through those elbows good squeeze those shoulder blades together work in the back of the [Music] shoulders three two one palms face up bring those arms back and back good pulses squeeze and lift [Music] three two one feet hip width palms face in got up and lower good exhale [Music] inhale [Music] three two one we've got triceps lift overhead and and front good inhale exhale elbow shoulder width [Music] arms to the side palms face forward up and down [Music] good [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] bicep curl [Music] good your alternating arms really squeeze through the biceps resist you've got it [Music] almost there one move left after this three two one tiny pulses we've got pulse and pulse and pulse final burnout you've got this let's go [Music] three two one you did it awesome job you guys all right you made it through our beat workout today don't forget to give those arms a good stretch comment below and let me know if you want to see more workouts like this to the beat of the music don't forget to hit that like button and subscribe to my channel for more workouts to come i'll see you guys next time bye [Music] you
