Best Ab Workout Tip Ever (Works Instantly!)

– Hey, guys, in today's video, I'm gonna be sharing with you the best tip to tone and define your abs. Okay, so the first move that I want you to do is I want you to take a seat, and I want you to put your feet on the floor, and I want you to contract back. Now, what you'll notice is when you're doing this, you will be able to feel the contraction at the top of your abs, but now, what I want you to do is I want you to cross your legs, your knees are touching, squeeze them together, and now lean back. What you'll be able to feel here is the contraction at the bottom, as well as the top of your abs. So, this is what we are gonna be doing, but now with a towel. See, when you use a towel, what you're doing is you're actually using the pressure the entire time, and it's gonna help you to get that tension when you are doing your ab exercises. So, if you take a towel, I want you to fold it up, and I want you to now place it between your knees. Now, what you're gonna do is you're gonna squeeze your legs together, and all you're gonna do is you're gonna lean back, either on a chair or on a sofa like I'm doing. Pick your feet up and contract in and out, in and out. Now, what you're actually gonna be able to feel during this workout is not only the top of your abs working, but also the bottom of your abs because you're creating that tension by squeezing the legs together, so the towel does not fall out between your legs. Let me show you another exercise to use this exact thing with. Now what we're gonna do is we're gonna go down to the floor. Come back and lie flat, and I want you to take the towel, and again, put it between your knees, bring your legs up, and now you're just gonna squeeze up into a crunch and back down, up and down. Now what you'll notice when you're doing this movement again, is that because you're having to contract your knees to hold that towel, you're adding that additional pressure down in the lower abs as well as the top. Now, this is really gonna help to tone up the entire ab area, and you should really feel that the quality of your ab reps are much stronger than when you simply just do this because when you just do this movement, you're just working this section, and not this. So, what you can do is you can take the towel, and you can add it to any ab workout that you want. You can take some ab exercises from my channel, or you can just use these two that I've shown you. What it's gonna help to do is create that tension force from the top and the bottom to really engage your entire core.
