hi guys welcome back so today i want to share with you a beginner-friendly abs workout so one of the ways to effective abs workout is to keep going while you're doing it so the shorter the resting periods you have in between the better results it is so without further ado let's go okay now get down on the floor we're going to do a side plank rotation [Music] try to engage your core muscle to stay up this position so if you found it hard to use one feet to support yourself you can definitely place another one on the floor [Music] okay now let's do another side hang in there remember to use your core muscle to lift up yourself slow down don't move too fast [Music] okay now lie on your back with your arms along your side palms facing down and then roll your legs over your head so when you come down make sure that you roll back onto your spine and then your lower back is touching the floor inhale when you squeeze up exhale when you put your legs down [Music] i'm on a trip with you hang in there 10 more seconds left [Music] now place your hands out to the side and bend your knees rotate your hips side to side [Music] the trick of this one is to try not to move your back while you twist so every time when you twist back to the middle try to engage your core muscle hello [Music] now get up we're going to do a plank kick through right hand left leg twist your body left hand right okay anyway i hope you guys like it and i don't have any specific tips on this one but i do have one reminder so if you want to have abs but you only do the abs workout there is no way that you're going to have it because you will need to hit a lower body fat so i suggest you guys to do some more cardio plus the abs work out so the cardio will brings you lower body fat and the abstract guy will
