45 MIN WALKING CARDIO WORKOUT | Intense Full Body Fat Burn at Home ~ Emi

hi I'm Emmy I know that you guys love long workouts and you also love our last walking workout so today we're putting the two together for a long 45 minute walk-in cardio at home one of the best and also my personal favorite full body fat burning workouts it is also knee friendly with no jumping so perfect if you're looking for a quiet apartment workout this is the one for you and if you're ready let's go 43 exercises 40 seconds each with 20 seconds transition in between there will be longer one minute rest in between sets first we're starting with walking warm up your full body shake your heart rate up a little and start activating the fat burn yeah I'm speeding [Music] 91.00 [Music] got me driving like a movie [Music] can rest or keep walking as we go into our next exercise arm up and
