Get Lean and Toned Arms

hey guys in today's video I'm gonna show you how to get lean and toned arms with this quick but intense arm workout if you guys also want to know the best nutrition and training program for you then don't forget to check out the quiz below ok guys welcome it to your toning arms workout so we're going to be starting on the floor come down on your bum the first move we're going into is some simple tricep dips so all you want to do is make sure your bum doesn't touch the floor feet nice and flat squeeze down and come up make sure to keep that core contracted navel sucked in and really squeeze your triceps as you come up [Music] and that's it keep going guys really squeeze those arms [Music] excellent job guys now what we're gonna do is come forward and we're gonna do some push-ups so if you're like me you can just go on your knees or if you can do a full push-up then of course go into a plank position and push yourself down with this again make sure that you're squeezing your arms contracting your abs and keep that neck nice and neutral [Music] [Music] for the next exercise we are going into plank rocks I want you to come into a plank position on your elbows and you're simply gonna rock forward and back now this is gonna help to work all of your muscles but of course we are targeting those arms and shoulders with this movement so you just want to rock back and forth on your toes keep that core contracted squeeze your glutes and rock back and forth [Music] excellent job guys now come into a high plank position next move that we're going into is arm tap so all you're gonna do is touch your shoulders bring the arms straight back down [Music] [Music] excellent job guys and now to finish off this routine follow along with me sit up on your knees face forward and just follow along with my arm movements do not drop them keep going build a muse they can keep that core contracted [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] if you liked this video then don't forget to hit the like and subscribe button just click on the button below and if you guys also want to know the best training and nutrition program for you and don't forget to check out the quiz in the description box now I want to turn it over to you did you guys make it through this entire armor workout let me know in the comments below [Music]
